Had the chase multiple times and took over a month to arrive, sent emails and no response back, the 24/7 helpline is a lie and when it arrived it was missing pieces, tried to contact to speak to someone and no response, in fact they had the cheek to mail me back a generic mail trying to sell me more,. Big scam and now my son has a bunch of pieces and can not complete the build
It would really be nice if the package would include a few extra rubber bands. You break 1 and its not functional anymore. I HAD to finish building because there is no way to buy them seperatly. If I want to fix this issue in the future, what will cost allot of not needed effort, money and time, I have to take the whole thing apart again.
I think the weapon is one of the best of your collection but one thing was a little different when I built it. So 4 stars but a very cool weapon
