It looks realistic and fires amazing, although it was tough to reload it. I think it's because of the elastic bands, I couldn't really find a way to wrap them around the lego's like it looked in the instructions. Once a bullet got stuck, it mostly resulted in the elastic band to snap. This happened on multiple occasions. Otherwise it's a nice aesthetic and a bit clunky workwise
Took a bit longer than expected to get here, and the tracker and customer support aren't top notch, but for me none of that matters as the model was challenging, engaging and fun to build, is very good looking, shoots well (although I had to make some modifications to the firing system). The parts and book are high quality. Overall worth the money
